We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The hotel is just off centre in a quiet neighbourhood of JLP (just as well, as the centre is extremely noisy at night). An easy 10 minute walk from the railway station.
Our room was excellent - a comfort room on the top floor with a balcony and a nice view. The restaurant was good and fairly priced.
However, the little things were not right. Our room was poorly serviced throughout our stay - despite appeals to reception. Toiletries were not replaced, and the minibar never restocked. Coffee cups were not washed, and nightwear was left in a heap on top of the telephone!
The hotel bar appears to have been closed - at least there was no sign of life or service during our stay.
This is a shame as this hotel could be really good with a little more attention to detail.

I have been staying at this particular hotel for the last 5 years now, every May for the Cannes Film Festival. This hotel is located in the adorable town of Juan Les Pins, a 15 minute drive to beautiful Cannes. The rooms are of US standards, as are the bathrooms. Breakfast is quite good.

A less than five minute walk through the park will put you right in the heart of Juan Les Pins with good restaurants and some boutique shopping. This is the place to be if you want to avoid the crowds of Cannes.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the bedding is getting a little tired and needs updating.

Other than that, it's a good value.

We found the Best Western to be relatively comfortable and good value for money. The hotel seemed quite tired looking and our aircon didn't work, however we were only staying one night so we weren't too bothered. It was close to the centre and quiet so overall it was a good stay

We stayed there with kids and had a large family room with a double bed (Convertible sofa) for our kid. The hotel is a little bit worn-out in some parts, the breakfast is limited, but the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to the city center but in a quiet and safe area (5 minutes walk and you are on the sandy beaches). Parking is not difficult in the hotel street as well (I don't know in august anyway). Definitely less charming as others we staied in in JP and no swimming pool, but the price is appropriate. If you go there, get to the top floor and on the terrace, you will have a nice view of the gulf and town.
