Most Americans are not familiar with the town of Hyeres and this gives the town and Port St. Pierre a genuine and unspoiled beauty. While the hotel is far from the historic and cultural center of Hyeres, it is near the airport, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and a wonderful port. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can bring you to the center of Hyeres in only a few minutes. The hotel has a free parking lot and there are atms, food stores, etc. nearby. There is a local market on the port once a week with fresh produce, clothes and other goods at great prices. The concierge was super friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size, with 2 beds, a kitchenette, a nice bathroom, a flat-screen tv, and a patio overlooking a courtyard. While not a luxury hotel, for the price and amenities provided, it was a great value. Beautiful area and fine hotel.
