we stayed there for the week relaxation and trips, hotel is relatively close to beach, rooms are very large and clean, A/C, missing furniture (wardrobe), price compared with other hotels on cote d azur is fine. I like continental breakfasts buffet but you will be disappointed what you you will find on the bar, you can get fresh baguetes and everythingelse is sweet (honey, jam, nutella) and couple pieces of cheese in the fridge when you are lucky. But still you can find Casino supermarket opposite the hotel to buy salami or pate. Hotel has a large car park behind for free.

"Frejus-St Rapahel centre" - means that it's half way between the two and not central to either. To be fair you can walk to St Raphael port in 15 minutes (if you walk fast).
Comfortable hotel with biggest rooms of any Etap I've stayed in - no more furniture though; but it did have a proper bathroom. Easy to find and park. Supermarket nearby and good pizzeria/bistro just under the hotel.
