Good place to sleep for 1 night. Good value for money. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was very clean but decor, furniture and bathroom need updating - but this was expected given the price and reviews left by other travellers. There were 3 of us staying in the one room - it was small but tolerable given we were there for a short time.

if you are single or with your friend but spend whole day in the beach, no need to pay almost double to other hotels. but at the end it is hostel not hotel. just for keeping your belongings in room and sleep. there are lots of thing outside so not keep yourself in the room in Frejus

The reception was very friendly. Rooms and rest of the hotel are beautifull and clean.
We had some other guests being very noisy in the corridors at night, but that is not at all the fault of management or hotel quality.
The hotel is only a short walk from the beach, marina and bars/restaurants. One restaurant is just around the corner. Breakfast is extra, but worth it.

We stayed here in 2 different rooms over a few nights. The location is quite good -- close to the beach, and a short walk 10 minute to the marina and the restaurants there.
Parking is easy and free. The man at the desk was quite helpful, and very easy to work with.

The biggest drawback is that the rooms lack charm. Both rooms we used, though designated non-smoking, definitely smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and the decor is only so-so. The rooms are cleaned well each day, but the smoke smell detracts, and there are ant problems.

The price is quite good, especially for hotels in this region. The charge for breakfast is lower than other places we stayed. If you are not planning to lounge in the rooms, it is comfortable enough to stay here, and won't hit the wallet too hard. This is the biggest reason to stay here -- you get decent facilities at a very good price, and a fine staff.
