We stopped here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, and were treated to a fabulous culinary event on the terrace overlooking the valley. The service was impeccable; the setting unparalled, and the food?? A wonderful, wonderful prix fixe luncheon that was reasonably priced for the high quality, flavors, textures, presentation....my son, who rarely eats (let alone enjoys) dessert, proclaimed his "the best" he had ever had. The food was on par with Daniel in NYC. Highly recommended!

We ate at the restaurant one Sunday in December, and what an amazing culinary event it was. The Sommelier didn't push the most expensive wine, but he picked a nearby winery and the match was absolutely perfect. Really the first time I've had that experience. I much prefer this place to the expensive (overpriced) upscale restaurants in Paris. Every part of the meal was perfect and the service was outstanding. About half the price of Paris and better food and service. Skip Paris and look for places like this and France will be much more fun.

Been here several times and it is always wonderful. A real must for foodies probably ione of the best restaurants in the world. Very romantic for that special night

We spent three days in this newly renovated hotel and had two dinners in the excellent, two star restaurant. We did recognize several of the waitors and maitre as we have been there to lunch several times during the last years. Good and dedicated staff in combination with top-quality food make this place one of our top retreats to visit. Personal service, nice reception and very attentive staff who will cater to your smallest wish make this place worth a visit and couple of nights stay even though prices are a bit on the high side. We stayed in the Tanneron suite which was spacious and clean with a small terrace attached. Especially nice is the breakfast on the patio with the nice view towards the sea. A place well worth visiting!
