This hotel was strange and very dated.
The decor was very 60's and probably hasn,t been upgraded since. There was a cat, who roamed around the corridor and kitchen, staying with the owners in the room next to ours. The keys to the rooms were left unattended on the reception desk after 8.30 as the owner/manager was finished for the night.
We didn't have breakfast as we were afraid to eat in the place.
I would never consider staying there again and would advise anyone else not to. ( The only reason we stayed there was that all other accomadation in the area was booked out, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed for even one night ).

In our recent trip to Provence Cote D'Azur we stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is old the furniture and carpet look very dated kind of 1970 style.

In the middle of the night my spouse started complaining that she was feeling stings on her body. We look at the bed carefully and it was crawling with bed bugs. We had to switch room in the middle of the night. We spend the next few days going through our luggage and checking everything. Our luggages are still in the garage because I don’t feel confident to bring it inside the house. Needless to say that was the worst hotel experience ever for us. This situation had a very negative effect on our trip. Great place to stay if you want to ruin your vacation.

Well it was a very eventful trip to say the least and the first thing i would say to anyone visiting grasse in the future is never stay at hotel panorama. The manager is literally crazy and not in a funny way. He locked us out for returning to late (12.30pm, but i was under the impression we were adults not children under a curfew) and began to get violent, he was rude and racist towards british women. He shouted at us because dirt that was left on his stairs was accidentally trailed through one of the rooms, he was just awful. Even on the morning we were due to check out he would not come down from his room. So i advise anyone not to stay here as he is completely and utterly mad, how his hotel is still open I will never know. This hotel completely ruined my trip and my view of the town.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with wonderful views and in a great location. However the manager does not like British women, especially when they come back late. We were very afraid of him and thought that he would attack us. Please dont stay here, this man is dangerous.
