For those who wish to stay here while visiting Monte Carlo, please be reminded that the taxi fare to Monte Carlo is circa €50 each way. Therefore if you're using this mode of transport twice daily it can be expensive. Also the rooms are quite basic and resemble a hostel. There isn't much to do in Eze but some people like that.

Spacious, immaculately clean,friendly, superb location, easy access, lots to do locally, wonderful views, close to Eze shops and restaurants, spacious and well equipped, good value, whats not to like?

Located at 300m from the small medieval town centre. We booked for three nights (with three people) and were very happy with our choice. The young lady (originally German) at reception was very friendly and helpful. Very nice view of the sea and hills from the balcony, where we had our breakfast. There's a local bakery and supermarket within walking distance (only 2 minutes), very convenient. We had two (basic) bedrooms, of which the smallest one had no windows. Dishwasher and well equipped open kitchen, sitting area with telly. Small bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin, hairdryer, soap dispensers. Second separate toilet. The only disadvantage I could see is that the apartment was for 5 (according to the notice on the door), but it seems too small for such a group: kitchen table & chairs only for 4 (also on the balcony) and couch seats only three people. Maybe they only put 4 people in there. There's no washing up liquid / dishwater tablets or sponge in the kitchenette.
Parking space next to the hotel is 10 EUR per day, but if you arrive in low season as we did, you can park in the street at no cost (evening and night).
You can take the bus either to Nice or to Monaco, very easy (ticket at 1 EUR in the bus), from town centre, only 200 m from the hotel.

Eze was the most beautiful place we stayed at our two weeks in europe. The hotel was really nice, we had a refrigerator and mini kitchen which was nice. also this was the biggest room we stayed in most rooms are on the smaller size in europe. There was a little grocery store just right down the road which is when the kitchen and frig came in handy. the bed was good the view was awesome and the staff was nice.
