Hotel Blue Riva was definitely the best stay we had on our recent holiday. The owner speaks very good english, is extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations on what's happening and which places to visit.
The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms very well equipped with lots of storage space. The aircon works like a dream.
The location of this hotel can not be beaten for the price you pay (which is very reasonable). Situated in the heart of a number of cafes and restaurants, 5 min walk from the beach and train station you don't want to be staying anywhere else.
I will definitely stay here again and again everytime I pass through Cannes! Thanks for a wonderful time!

This place was great! The woman who runs it speaks excellent English and is super friendly and accomodating. The rooms are big and have many amenities for the price. Only about a 5 min. walk from the beach and from the train station. I would definetly stay here again if/when I go back!

This is by no means a fancy hotel, but the new owners made my two-year-old daughter and I feel very welcome. (She also enjoyed playing with the hotel cat.)

We booked a kitchenette room and made most of our meals out of fantastic food from the nearby open market - amazing fresh fruits and vegetables, locally-made cheese and sausages, fresh bread and pastries.

This hotel is one street away from the Cannes train station. The train station itself is on a horrid street - stay away from the eateries there at all costs - but the rue Hoche is actually lovely, and home to several small cafes and tea shops.

It's also about three minutes away from the rue d'Antibes- the main shopping street - and perhaps a ten-minute walk from la Croisette and the beach.

We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

me my boyfriend and parents totally loved this hotel-it was perfect for what we payed. We were delighted that the rooms were fully air conditioned as the heat in July was over whelming! the service was fantastic staff were really helpful and breakfast in the courtyard was great after a morning swim. We were situated a couple of 100 metres away from the beach and a stones throw from the train station (which we used very easily to visit monaco, antibes and grasse), the bus stop for transfers to Nice airport and fabulous restaurants were also within a couple of minutes walk.
