I stayed at the hotel for one night as I needed somewhere to stay close to the old port and didn't want to pay too much. The rate is excellent, 70 euro a night and the hotel is really close to rue d'antibes and all the restaurants and shopping.
The room itself is quite dated, there are water and dark spots creeping on the walls and the carpet is rock hard. The bed is passible and the pillows almost non-existent, but if you need somewhere to stay affordable but no luxury it is just fine.
The desk staff are super nice and even though the room is a bit bleak it is clean, so that was very reassuring! I would stay again next time I'm through Cannes on my own but it is not the place to pick if you're looking for some romance!
