Everything was perfect - 2 small (acceptable) defects - Very hard to use parking and very poor service in breakfast - make sure not to take the rooms on the first floor, too noisy at night.

Neat, clean and modern hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice. Pool area also good but quite small. Very good location near to the most exclusive quarters of Cannes.

Wireless did not work in all the floors, like in ours (4th).

It's not the fault of the hotel and I guess it's a common habit for Dutch people to reserve all the pool side loungers before 7a.m.

This hotel is in a great area, rooms in the back of the hotel are great, but do not book on the front side of the hotel as it is noisy.. trust me you won't be able to sleep as there is a busy sex shop across the street that has foot traffic all night long! The front desk staff were upset that we complained about the noise and when we requested to be moved so we could actually sleep, they seemed to brush it off as a "north american" thing. Finally we were moved and a peaceful night was had. The rooms as compared to others in France are very large, they are clean and free of any signs of bugs ect.. so important. Breakfast was good but they seem to run out of everything fast and they don't replenish items, ie coffee?? so what's the point, but it's very lovely to sit outside and have a nice start to the day. Having said that there is a great boulanger around the corner as well as many other shops and of course the most important thing, the beach is but 5 min away. This place would be a home run if only the staff were not so horribly rude.. I almost came to expect this a part of the French experience but after going all around France, these people were really rude.

After a slight a problem on arrival, we had a wonderful stay.

We decided to book the superior room to give us as much space as possible for our 1 week stay but due to a fault of the agent I booked through (no happy with their servcie at all) we ended up with a standard size room.

This place is perfectly located, situated in between the Croisette and Rue d'antibes with a everything you need nearby. (The shop round the corner came in handy for fresh crossaints every morning - advisable as buffet breakfast is 19 euros each)

It's is spotlessly clean, offers a adequate self catering services or buffet breakfast (no other meals are offered in the hotel) and a nice terrace with 2 pools (1 adult & 1 child).

The only negative thing I could say is that they virtually charge you for everything. We required clean bath towels one evening as the room was only cleaned once a week on the self catering terms and cond and they charged us 20 euros per towel!

Our standard twin room was ok and the bathroom was quite small but the terrace made up for it. This was big and had a table and chairs so you could dine/relax or sunbath overlooking the pool (city side rooms have tiny window balconies). So even though we didn't get our superior room, we had plenty of space.

The private beaches nearby were great, at a cost, and varied between 20-32 euros each per day depending on which one you went on.

So, our week started off bad but ended up a lovely, relaxing week in nice peaceful surroundings.
