This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the sea, so very central. The lady who runs it is friendly and helpful, and you get free wifi with your room. Breakfast is simple but tasty (bread, croissant, yoghurt, orange juice, and tea or coffee). The best thing though is the quality of the rooms. We had a huge double room with en suite. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom brand new, large tv...basically everything was lovely from the carpets to the curtains to the breakfast area outside...and all for 70 euros a night! Unbelievable value in the heart of Cannes.

Just quite a bit of walk from the station (10 mins) with the luggages..... but it's all worth once you arrive the hotel. Very neat and warm!!

Stayed in this small, charming hotel for a few weeks during a fair and found the short distance to Palais des Festivals and all the great restaurants very convenient. Stayed here also during the following weekend and liked the hotel very much: Apart form the location, the breakfast is really good, the owners are very nice and the prices are reasonable for what you get.

If you just expect a shelter, a bed and a bathroom do it. I is compared to other hotels in that area quite cheap, but you defenitly get what you pay for. No private parking, only on the street which is a small, I think also privat, street. Rooms are old and dirty, but staff was friendly and really nice, because I had to leave earlier one day and they did not charge the last night. Very friendly!!
