I stayed at Majestic last December (WINTER!), and it was a big dissapointment. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are beautiful, but the bathroom was always wet and the service was not according to what you pay. My room was around USD 1000 a night!!!!!!!! and it did not include breakfast, nor internet... and not even a bottle of water in the turn down!!! I express this to the receptionist and she told me that it´s like in any other hotel in the world. Apparently this lady has not travel enough... I am a hotellier and I travel and stay in luxury hotels, but a USD 1000 room, at least has to include a welcome amenity.
Room Tip: ask for a room with a view... and check what you are paying for.
