Stayed at Hotel Alize during the ILTM Travel Show for a week on business and booked based on location and trip advisor reviews. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are clean, comfortable bed, new bathroom and rate includes continental breakfast and free Wifi. Cedric and the team make you feel at home and were fabulous in recommending great restaurants nearby. The hotel is located one street back from the fantastic shopping on Rue Antibes. There are some extremely expensive hotels in Cannes and for the value Hotel Alize represents I couldn’t justify the rates of 300Euro ++ nearby to stay in a higher star rated hotel. I have already booked for the same time next year!

Stayed here for one night in October. Booked based on Trip Advisor reviews. Hotel is perfectly placed just one block away from the seafront and Palais etc.
Exceptional value - €77 for 2 people in a nice room with comfortable double bed and good bathroom with bath and shower. No it isn't that big but we didn't spend much time in the room as we were out taking in all that Cannes has to offer. Agree would be nice to have a few English TV options.
Had the buffet breakfast for €7 per person which was more than adequate.
Staff were very friendly, amenable and provided excellent advice on where to eat.
Can recommend L'Ecrin which serves reasonably priced, good quality food. Brunch buffet on Sunday was terrific.
Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very basic but that is something what you should expect for such a low price.
Hotel staff nice, the lift is available. The price is incredible as the hotel is in very quiet street, directly in city center, 2mins to the beach.

You will not find the same quality at this price on Cote d'Azur

We have booked this hotel based on tripadvisor recommendations and it met exactly our expectations. Rooms very quite basic, but very clean, with enough storage space for your belongings. The location is great - on a quite street very close to the festival palace and the public beach next to it. 5 mins walk to the train station, which provides very convenient connection to other cities along the shore including Monaco. The only disappointment was the fact that they do not accept foreign credit cards (only French ones). We had to go to withdraw cash to the ATM nearby. There were other guests with the same problem checking out before us. Also do not expect to have a meaningful conversation with the receptionists or other employees in English, but don't worrry there are always some French/English speaking guests around. :)
