We had a KING-size bed reserved but were assigned to a small bed/tiny bedroom..
Since we were scheduled to spend 12 days we requested a bigger room..(the Hotel
was empty over the X-Mas Holidays)! They finally agreed to move us to a bit bigger room!
We were charged for Wi-Fi Internet (15 Euros per hour!) until I read in their brochure that "High Speed Interenet access is for FREE" at every BW Hotels!!!
Our phone did not work properly..It took us at least 3 days to convince the staff to get a NEW one!
Could not get iron/ironing board in our room...Had to go to the basement to iron
a few pieces of garment..
No Mini-Bar in the room!
The bathrooms need VENTILATION!
Most of the staff were courteous but quite INCOMPETENT!
For instance, needed the number of DELTA (Airlines) at front desk...the girl did NOT know WHO Delta was..............!!
The breakfast was decent.
The cleaning staff was OK.
But OVERALL this hotel needs a facelift to earn their 4-star!!
