Nice vacation with our big happy family, not because of the working personell. The staff in the restaurant, bar and reception were not att all serviceminded. We had 2 lunches and 1 dinner at the hotel (just because we have small children) and all 3 times I needed to ask for menu, to order and to pay. They were not intersted at all in the customer.

We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea at the edge of the complex. Many stairs getting there, but when situated, this corner was nice and quiet. No aircondition made sleeping uncomfy. Requests for internet access and changing lightbulbs were not attended to by the staff throughout a weeks stay. The distance to Cannes was too far, as there is no real alternative to the overpriced hotel grocery store in the neigbourhood (and the hotel shuttlebus only . Walking distance to the beach, but you will work up a sweat going back up the steep hill to the hotel. There is a playground inside the apartement complex. However, this playground has no shade, and the kids were overheated within 3 minutes of playing. Overall, parents were a bit disappointed, while the childeren (age 2 and 4) were quite satisfied.

Just awful. The photos were deceiving. Although the pool was lovely and clean and over-looking the sea, we were actually very far away from the ocean and they make you pay for the lounge chairs. As for the 'apartments' - they were no better than refugee centers. Small, cramped, hot and sweaty - just awful, inhumane, deplorable and bleak, bleak bleak. I was literally watching the clock for the hour when we could leave. People who worked there were either indifferent, downright rude or very unhelpful (wouldn't even give us toilet paper) and the day i purchased wireless access, the wireless went down for the entire day. Just miserable.

I totally agree with the opinion that this place is not suited for babies. A lot of stairs everywhere made it difficult to move around. Except for that, it was very positive with the pool for children, but this was also suitable for children 3+. Also great that you could order a "baby pack" with baby bed, chair in the apartment, and a baby carriage!
