€ 180 per night - way to overprized! This is a very bacis hotel with very poor service. At that prize you would expect a lot more. The location is okay - that's it!

My wife & I found the staff very friendly & the food very good.We had a clean comfortable & quiet room.
I am disabled,but had no problems with access to rooms,bar or restraunt.
The hotel is literally just 5 mins. walk to the beach & is ideally situated.
We would certainly return to this hotel,& I am sure that should standards fall,our tour operators (whom we have used for many years) would seek other accomodation.

I booked this online and thought it would be great for the teenages as it said it had a pool and gym equipment. Boy was it a joke,it was rated a four star on the internet and on the front of the building but on the advertisement in the room it was three star guess that says it all they dont know themselves what they are. The whole place stunk of you know what........s h i ...for what I paid and thought I would get was down and right day light robbery...

The hotel is located around the corner from Rue D'Antibes and a 5-10 minute walk to the Croisette. The rooms are spacious and look like they were recently renovated. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room rate included breakfast, which was OK with cheese, ham, boiled eggs, juices, croissant, bread, coffee, etc. The parking at the hotel (for an extra fee of course) is great!

Overall, the hotel is a great deal in Cannes and is definitely recommended!
