Have stayed in the embassy for holidays for past five years. Staff extremely friendly, rooms clean and bright. location excellent i.e. near beach bus and train station

I've been coming to Cannes for 30 years, the Embassy is something special. This is the hotel to choose for private vacation or for a business trip. Centrally located (5 min walking from the Croisette), but still quiet, spacious rooms, a very good restaurant and a friendly staff - in it's category the best hotel on the Côte!

We stayed here for a week,very clean and comfortable.Staff overall pleasant and helpful.Breakfast very good and fresh,we really enjoyed.Hotel is cental to everything you want to see in Cannes.I have walking difficulties but had no trouble at all getting to shops,beach or harbour.

I stayed at the Embassy for the Cannes Festiva this year. They have a 9 night minimum, but I only stayed 8 nights. I had a double ( called a Club Double), buti never fiubd out what was the difference from a regular double. I room was Spartan, and had no creature comforts other than comfortable bed, and Built in dress/ desk. There was a desk gaur, and a somewhat uncomfortable sitting chair. The lighting was just awful.

The bathroom was nice, but every tine you took a shower, the floor was flooded.
They provided to bath towels and two hand towels. They were pretty thin.

The rate was $400 euros a night. Ouch! They comes to about $600 a night.....for 9 nights.

There was an awful mildew stench in the elevators and also their business center. I never did find the source of it, but it was very obvious to me. I informed the front desk, and they werent aware of it.

I won't be returning next year.
