I stayed here for 3 nights in August and on our first morning, upon heading down to breakfast we found we were locked into our room. The electrical mechanism on the lock (opened by swiping a card) was faulty and had locked us in during the night. Thank god there had been no fire, because not only were we locked in, but up on the 4th floor, we couldn't jump over the balcony. They took their time getting the lock off, so much so, that it was actually my boyfriend that finally did it from our side of the room. When speaking to the manager later, apparently this has happened before and yet they still haven't fixed it throughout the hotel. A disgrace!
