Stayed there for one week in July. Very nice hotel with god location and very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend hotel transfer service to/from airport iso bus/taxi. Expensive breakfast if not included. Staff at front desk were very service minded. Pillows were a little bit too hard to be comfortable.

This is the typical case where if the hotel would admit to being a 3 star hotel you would really have not much to complain about.

the rooms are ok and it has a nearly empty mini-bar a samsung lcd tvs. The bed is typically would you would expect from a 3 star hotel and its very old.

Bathroom is below standard with smelly towels.

DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST HERE. It is a waist of your money and time. Its just ZERO. I had to go out and have a proper breakfast.

This was my second visit to this hotel - first visit was 7 years ago.
It has 4 main advantages:
1. 10 min walk to the Palais des Festivales
2. good service and cleaning
3. sea view - magnificent
4. parking (16 euro per day)

Hotel looks very nice. Room has enough space, and has a small terrase with a table and two chairs. Sea view is just perfect. There is beautyful park just in between the hotel and the sea.

Swimming pool is very small, but also nice, on the roof.

I didn't actually liked the breakfast which is very poor. It's unfortunate as the breakfast area has a very cute athmosphere and a nice surrounding.

Receptionists are extremely polide, always helpful and smiling, and service really is too good for the 4 stars. ))

Hotel has a parking, but only for the small and medium-sized cars.
The price is a bit expensive for double in 4 stars hotel. For the sea view room we paid 2,000 Euro per 8 nights.

If you want to walk by the sea in a quiet atmosphere - go right side. Only you, sea and cars on the road (but not much). If you would like to go to walk in a highly crouded Croisette, boutiques, etc, - go left side.
So I would recommend this hotel for staying in Cannes.

Although this hotel is graded 4 star in my opinion it is only just 3 star quality.
Surely to attain 4 stars you would think the hotel would have to have a bar ( they use a corner of the reception and if you ask for a beer they pour you a 33cl can of heineken,nothing on draft and poor choice ).
Although they say they offer room service this is only if you require breakfast in your room, you are unable to order food at any other time.
This hotel is the only one that I have stayed at in the world that does not offer you toast at breakfast ( unbelieveable ), and if your want a boiled egg there is an extra charge of 2 euros per egg with an omelette costing 4 euros.
The hotel does not have a restaurant which once again I would have thought a 4 star rated establishment would have.

Although the above 3 gripes lower the standard of the hotel in my opinion, our stay in general was vey pleasant.

The hotel is well situated and the staff are very attentive.

The rooftop pool was the main reason we chose this hotel ( we have had experiences of costly private beaches in Cannes before).

I would not put anybody off staying here but I would certainly say that there are better equipped hotels for the same money
