Stayed here once before in 2009 was came back in Feb-2010. The rooms with sea view are great, very roomy and I think pretty recently redone. Breakfast is served in the room (only in the room, there is no breakfast area) and is great to have on the balcony even in february. Soundproofed windows so no noise from the main road directly below the room. Free wifi.

This hotel next to the race course and right on the sea front is perfect for a short stay in Cagnes sur Mer or a longer beach holiday. It is extremely clean and very quiet. The modern rooms have comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was wonderful, yoghurt and cherries as well as the usual baguette and croissants, freshly squeezed juice and served with elegance.

Numerous restaurants and bars around, although the 2 x double glazing means the room was quite silent at night. The A/C was efficient and quiet.

This is a Mediterranean must visit for horse racing enthusiasts. Modern, newly renovated hotel offers views of the Hippodrome de la Cote d'Azur - watched morning workouts while lying in bed!! Staff and service are fantastic, parking is easy and reasonable, very good restaurants are steps away. Easy walking distance to the races where you can watch from a sunny terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Cannes and Nice are minutes away by car. Prices are excellent - rooms large and comfortable with free internet. Fantastic experience.

Smartly renovated hotel with 23 rooms all on the 1st floor of a seafront apartment, only 15 minutes drive from Nice Airport. As well as the smart fittings, including bathrooms, they have gone to a lot of trouble to soundproof the rooms with double double glazing, electrically operated shutters and a 2nd internal door separating the small hallway and bathroom and toilet from the large bedroom. The soundproofing worked well - we were there for the 13th/14th July and slept well.

Apart from the ground floor lobby area there is no real communal space; we didn't find this to be a problem. Parking is 10 Euros a night but try to find free nearby onstreet parking first. They will deliver a continental breakfast to your room for 10 Euros each - pricey, especially as there are snack bars on both sides at half the price.

Superb free WiFi and very helpful multi-lingual staff.

3 categories of rooms - rear is cheapest; we had a side street room with balcony overlooking racecourse and side view to the sea. Front rooms all have balconies looking over the sea.

We would not hesitate to use this hotel again.
