We stayed here 2 nights with an ocean front view & had a wonderful time here. Room was clean w/ nice decor, nothing extravagant but definitely cozy. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was nice but small. Even though on a busy corner, noise was never a problem. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony w/ ocean front view & used the automated awning to eat in the shade. Located in between Cannes & Nice, we took day trips to Nice & Monaco. Less than a minute walk to the beach & the water felt great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something low key with comfort & great service.

Wow! If you are bound for the french riviera, perhaps Cagnes sur Mer, consider to stay at the wonderful Hotel Tierce. Family owned, 23 rooms, perfect location. Quiet on a very busy corner in CdeM? Yes indeed. No eyemask, earplugs or such needed. No disturbance whatsoever. Business or family trip? Fits both and more...And enjoy your breakfast at Café Le Duck, just around the corner on Blvd Kennedy. Opens 6 am.

Visited Nice in May 2011 and booked this hotel with some good feedback from Trip advisor. Very close to the Airport and 10 mins walk from Cagnes sur mer train station. But I would suggest this hotel for some1 who has car as it is difficult to get to the hotel if you wanna stay out late in the night. And taxi drivers will ripp you off.
Hotel is situated on the coast, so you can have nice view of beach. Rooms are clean, tidy and well decorated with enough space. Lovely breakfast is being served in the room.
Also staff is of great help. We left mobile in the room, and hotel manager did everything possible to courier it to us as soon as he can.
Lovely stay and will come back if we get chance.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June as part of a longer holiday driving around France and the South Coast. Was an excellent location in terms of being able to explore - we easily visited from Monaco down to Cannes and could have gone further. Public transport to Nice was great (wanted to avoid struggling with parking in a big city). Parking at Hotel Tierce was v convenient, and lovely to be on the sea front.

Rooms nicely decorated, comfortable bed, nice bathroom (although shower a bit snug but we did have a sea view from it) and good air con. Nice little terrace too. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, even though we'd have been able to manage in French. Really recommend having breakfast in your room once - €10 per person but got lovely fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolate with tea / coffee and orange juice, brought in on a little tray and really nice to be able to eat in your own room without having to get up and fully dressed!
