Very friendly staff and nice breakfast by the pool-side (with complimentary paper in several languages). Room was extremely basic and small though. Stayed there for 4 nights and on day 1 I reported the Wifi was down, was promised it would be fixed that same day but it wasn't (didn't get fixed at all during that week).

The hotel is a real find. Small enough to be friendly but with a large very clean pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our standard room was quite small but beautifully furnished and very new and clean. The bed was very comfotable and the room had a safe and a fridge. The balcony was nice with table, chairs and sum bed.

The breakfast by the pool was really nice with plenty to eat as well as choice. The walk to Biot was very steep, up a cobbled street, but worth the walk. The view to the coast is great and the town has many nice bars and restaurants. In the season there is a free bus near the hotel that takes you up to the village is you dont want to walk.

We had a car so drove to the beach, but there is a good bus service. Will definately return to this lovely hotel.

We (a family of 4) stayed in the family room for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The good things described in previous comments are true, and I will not repeat them here. One thing is that we asked the hotel owner for the location of the closest laundromat. He actually volunteered to do it for us for free at the hotel. I won't say this is routinely done, but this certainly is a major time saver for us. Also you can see the hill town Biot from the hotel, and it is a beautiful scene during sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is included in the price, and it is a good breakfast. Parking is easy and secure, in an otherwise pretty busy area. This is the best 3* hotel I stayed in our 2 week trip in France, and I will certainly stay here again if we come back.

My husband and I with our two older children (19&15) recently stayed for a week at the wonderful homely hotel La Domaine Du Jas in Biot. It is a little gem of a hotel, extremely friendly in fact the staff couldn't do enough for us, they went out of their way to make our stay a perfect experience.
We loved breakfast on the terrace by the pool each morning and really enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool each day. The centre of Biot is a ten minute stroll (up hill for a short bit) where there is plenty of choice of restaurants.
The hotel serve breakfast and lunch but don't appear to serve dinner.
Internet access was free and our room had it's own terrace with table and chairs. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone although it's probably a ittle quiet for younger children.
