The terrasse and pool are nice, it's a shame the terrace isn't used after breakfast by hotel guests as the hotel doesn't provide food and the bar doest look like a bar, just a wooden box really, so it doest invite anyone to sit there of an evening. It's a shame that the central areas of the hotel which look lovely in the pictures are therefore, unused areas and they are the best looking bits. Some features of the hotel are tired and shabby, it could do with some exterior makeover.
The room was painted clean White, artex walls, bed could have done with a headboard. Exceptionally hard bed with no give, on closer inspection, mattress not in the most fabulous condition, coveredby a plastic coated matress protector, is that standard?
Bathroom, very tired sanitary wear, needs to be upgraded, looked about 40 years old.
Outside, air con unit left quite a black mess on balcony, sloppy, should be maintained, the hotel was ok, but wouldn't go back. Expensive for what the standard was.

Just back from two weeks at the Domaine du Jas. We had a great time and can recommend the hotel without reservation. Yes the rooms are simple but they have everything you need and are spotlessly clean.
The breakfasts are fantastic - High quality and plenty of choice.
The pool is plenty big enough for the number of rooms with no shortage of sun beds and parasols.

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast by the pool-side (with complimentary paper in several languages). Room was extremely basic and small though. Stayed there for 4 nights and on day 1 I reported the Wifi was down, was promised it would be fixed that same day but it wasn't (didn't get fixed at all during that week).

The hotel is a real find. Small enough to be friendly but with a large very clean pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our standard room was quite small but beautifully furnished and very new and clean. The bed was very comfotable and the room had a safe and a fridge. The balcony was nice with table, chairs and sum bed.

The breakfast by the pool was really nice with plenty to eat as well as choice. The walk to Biot was very steep, up a cobbled street, but worth the walk. The view to the coast is great and the town has many nice bars and restaurants. In the season there is a free bus near the hotel that takes you up to the village is you dont want to walk.

We had a car so drove to the beach, but there is a good bus service. Will definately return to this lovely hotel.
