We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. When we first got there, the hotel looked ancient with a few pealing walls. But the staff was extremely nice, fluent in her English and very helpful. The room we got was renovated and very nice.
The hotel is definitely great value for the price we paid.

Nice welcome and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, but the walls in the corridors are badly in need of decoration, so it all looks a bit run down. free wireless internet

At 80 euros a night, with breakfast at 8 euros a person, we did not get a lot of bang for our buck here. The furnishings were outdated and charmless and the room smelled like old carpet. The shower also did not have a curtain, so it was basically a small bath with a shower head. Not so great for my tall husband.

Sweet lady at the front desk, however, and the AC kept the room cool and dry despite the humidity. The parking lot was small, but parking was free and internet was provided for free as well. Decent location. 6-7 minutes walking distance from the Villa Kerylos and the port. Nice place to stay if you want to stay in Beaulieu.

As a lone traveller I was made to feel exceptionally welcome by Catherine and immediately felt at home. I liked the hotel but thought it a shame there was no bar or other public space, apart from the breakfast area.
It seems the rooms are allocated randomly and some are much larger than others. I had a lovely room with a large terrace on the second floor and found it cool and relaxing. However a friend of mine stayed at the same time and had a tiny space.
The location is not brilliant but both the train station and the beach are within a ten minute walk and most of the time the side facing rooms are very quiet.
