Stayed in Camping du Pylone in October, it was my first visit here, and I really enjoyed it. I loved the pool area, a very surperior standard,really clean and well kept. Had dinner in the restaurant one night, and the meal was superb and really reasonable. Also tried the take away menu at the bar on two occasions and thought it excellent.Staff in bar, shop and bakery were always helpful and cheerful, and smiled at my attempts to converse in French!!
I will be back,. and have already checked for flights in June. I think my kids will love it here.!
Took the bus to Antibes, and to Nice, very conveniently situated near the entrance. Really easy to get around,.and have to be the cheapest bus fares in Europe; Waited only 2 mins for the bus from airport to campsite, and the same on the return journey.Roll on June 2012!!

This is the 3rd visit in 4 Years Hired the Caravan off Peter Jones and it is excellent Clean modern and has EVERYTHING you need you could'nt ask for more .The Bus from the Airport (250) is 16 euro's return which is good value for money.
Close to all Transport links and you can get anywhere within an hour for 1 euro. Nice Old Town is our favourite but there are plenty of places to visit Grasse is a nice place to see.
The Train Station is 5 minutes away and you go into Italy for the market.
The restaraunt is great and Christian and Jo are great hosts and the Patisserie is 1st class.
We would recommend Peter and his Caravan and the Camp Site to anyone will be back next year unless we buy one.

We have just returned from for us one of the best holidays ever. I have owned and hired mobile homes in France since 1988 we finally packed in in 2007 and since been still having the caravan holiday bug renting mobile homes, All I can say is I wish we had discovered Camping du Pylone, way back in 1988, This has to be the best site ever!!! convenient for bus or train, lovely clean site and Dianne & Pepsi who we booked with couldnt have been more helpful or friendly.

Guess where we are going back to and who we are booking with next year.

Never been before and it was great. Superb location, minutes from beach. Brilliant transport links. Restaurant on site was fab, shop, bakery and pizza place also good. Re previous comments on pizza man, just make sure u put some coins in his pot when you order and he is fine! Cuts pizza and quicker! Didn't think shop was that expensive just very convenient. Re comments on pool, men do need special trunks but most wear the short type. Pool is huge. Very clean. There is also shallow kids pool. U can hire sun loungers or take your own. Can also buy ice creams/drinks there. Restaurant is so good we didn't need to go elsewhere. They have a euro16 menu which includes great quality and Choice of starter, main and dessert. U can get a litre of wine for euro10. Overall great site. We have already booked for next year!
