We stayed there in July -a family of 4 in 2 rooms -for few nights as a basis for provence tour. Location is good if you have a car: it is about 10 min drive to Avignon city center, you have free parking, and very easy (trafic prespective) to go to many provence towns. There is a commercial center with fast food and big grocery store (walking distance from the hotel). The hotel in general is spacious (lobby and dining area). Rooms are quite small and basic - but very clean and comfortable. Service is very good and reception guys are very customer oriented and willing to help with any question /help needed. Breakfast was good. So taking in account it is a 3 stars hotel and the money you pay - it is a good deal.

We arrived at the Kyriad late at night after going through a hellish experience (see my review for La Vieille Fontaine, Cornillon). We managed to cadge the last room and, when the concierge discovered we hadn't eaten all day, she was kind enough to have the chef make us a simple dinner. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast rejuvenating. The experience helped save our weekend from being a complete disaster. Although the hotel's setting near the train station isn't much to write home about, it's amenities were greatly appreciated and its staff were polite, kind, and accommodating. This could be a good spot from which to explore Avignon and the Rhone wine country.

Hotel is convenient for transportation. It is an easy walk from the TGV station, and a bus stop to the old part of Avignon is about 100 meters away. The Kyriad has a car park, useful if you rent a car at the train station for local exploring.
Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant served good food and the WiFi reception was good.

Very clean and neat. Rooms were spacious. Internet was available free and at a very good speed. The reception staff was very kind and helpful to arrange for the sight seeing. Breakfast was great with many options.
