“Bedbugs”

Stayed one night recently. Great location right next to the pont and the palais. Friendly staff, reasonably-priced buffet breakfast. Only major problem was that our daughter had got bedbug bites, having slept on a pullout couch in our room.

Rooms and restaurants/coffee bar were good but I thought that the carpets on the second floor were tired and in need of a clean to spruce them up.
Breakfasts had plenty of choice but a toaster would have been handy for my English taste!
Your reception staff were very helpful and a credit to your company. There was a little confusion at check out time insofar as my e mail booking receipt indicated that I had prepaid breakfast and I needed to check my bank account to verify that it hadn't actually been prepaid. Perhaps clarity on the booking e mail might help as i understand from your staff that this happens regularly and it would make their lives easier.
We like the Accor group hotels and would certainly recommend them to friends.
