We've stayed here on two separate trips to Avignon. The location and price are perfect if you're taking the train and plan on walking to the sites in town. Both times the view from our room has been the neighbor's rooftops, but there are other rooms looking out onto the great little park across the road. Don't expect a first class room but how much time do you plan on spending in your room anyway? The park is great for picnicking, and the hotel's breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The staff is pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to thrifty travelers who aren't hung up on having a showy hotel.
Room Tip: Ask for a room with a park view, if that kind of thing matters to you.
