My wife and I stayed here for two days. Erik is a wonderful and friendly host. The morning breakfasts were quite good as well.
The room we stayed is is a bit... rustic... for lack of a better word. The pictures on their website are accurate but did make our room look a bit better than it actually was. It wasn't dirty but I'm not sure I'd call it clean either.... reminded me more of staying at a friend's house rather than staying at hotel. It isn't the Ritz by any mean but you're not paying Ritz prices either. For the price I think it was worth it.
I did enjoy the stay and would consider it again. The location is excellent and less than a 5 minute walk to anything you'd like to see. If you're packing light and need to do laudry there's even a laudrette directly across the street (and in Arles, the streets are maybe 10' wide).
