Nice hotel, well located, friendly staff, reasonable parking, However we found a brown, tick-like bug in two of the three beds and the same bug turned up in my cosmetic bag.
We flushed the bugs and thought nothing of it, but a week later two of us have severe, hive-like rashes on neck, face, and wrist and have gone for medical treatment. There is no diagnosis yet, but it is certainly something we picked up at this hotel.

This is a very well located hotel, reasonably priced. But the room you stay in determines your satisfaction. First night, in standard double, located next to stairwell, and thin walls meant I didn't sleep a wink. Well, probably a bit, but not a lot - noises from other rooms, from the stairs, kept me awake. Explained issue next day (of two day visit) to reception, and moved without fuss to an upgrade room - no adjoining rooms or any above, better bed linen, furniture, sixe etc etc etc.

So a great experience the second night, one to forget the first night. Assessment scores reflect mixed experience.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Great location, walking distance to the farmer's market. The farmer's market is wonderful..great selections......You should try the paella.....The hotel room is small but clean. The staff is friendly.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hotel Atrium. It is located a few steps from the tourist office which is just a few more steps to the center of Arles. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We started each day at the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet, and ended each day with a visit to the rooftop pool area to take in the beautiful view of the city. When we return to Ales, we will stay here again.
