Really enjoyed this hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The bar and resturant in the main lobby were spotles and the food simple but delicious. We didnt use the pool because it was too cold outside, but others were braver. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Nice location and good facilities. Reception staff really helpful and attentive. Cleaning staff forgot to hoover the room on two occasions but reception/management were really quick to deal with the problem and resolved all very profesionally. Central to Aix and food not too bad at all. Breakfast staff in main dining room very helpful and friendly. The guy in the cafe for late breakfast not as helpful. I had my doubts but really liked this hotel and staff.

Generally an excellent hotel with pool and gardens and open air restaurant in the summer. However, the pool, garden and open air restaurant suffers from traffic noise, due to close proximity to the A8 autoroute. Also the housekeeping staff, bothered me by knocking on my door and phoning my room at 1030h in spite of the fact that I had hung a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. After staying up in the small hours to play Blackjack at the Pasino d'Aix en Provence, I wanted to sleep in until at least lunch time. This did not happen on th first day, due to the ignorance of the housekeeping staff.

We arrived hot and tired. The reception desk team were charming. We had a lovely stay and were impressed that towels were available for use in the pool. We felt the restaurant offered a good menu - tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and ready to recommend outings into Aix.
