This aparthotel is based on the La Rochelle university campus and has the general look and feel of student accommodation. We found the place incredibly difficult to find by car - since the road Enrico Fermi is not a road of significance (and half of it traverses a fielded area). We suggest that you look for Avenue Albert Einstein or Avenue Henri Dacquerel or Avenue Michel Crepeau - since these are the larger roads that surround the accommodation. Furthermore, the accommodation is in fact located between Les Minimes and La Rochelle.
Having eventually managed to locate the aparthotel, the accommodation itself was ok - a little small though and in reality unrealistic for self-catering. However, the location was pretty good and offered easy access by foot to both La Rochelle and Les Minimes. Also, the staff were helpful and not intrusive.
Also, there is plenty of free (and what looked like secure) parking across the road from the residence - therefore, we recommend not paying for the underground car park (although this may be a free service some of the time?). In any case, we used the on street parking and had no difficulty and no cost.
