I stayed in this hotel for 1 night during august 2011. I chose this hotel due to it's central location and I was a single traveller.
I arrived at the hotel around 7pm, only to find that there was no water supply in any of the rooms due to a technical problem. The receptionist told me that everything will be fixed in an hour's time. No apologies were made to the other complaining guests, who arrived earlier in the day and were desperate for a shower before going out for dinner.
When I arrived from dinner at around 10pm that evening, there was water from the tap but not from the shower. When I asked the receptionist on night duty, he just shrugged it off and told me there is nothing he could do about it. The last straw was when I found out there was no flushing water in the toilet! When I demanded to change room, he told me it's not possible and it was not his fault that there is a technical problem!!
I fully understand that technical problems such as this could happen, and was even willing to put up with this as I was leaving early the next morning. However, what I absolutely could not accept is the attitude of the guy. There was not a single apology throughout the event and no effort made to try to resolve the problem. I am utterly shocked ! I paid 100 euro for the room and was practically told off when I complained there was no water for flushing in the toilet.
