I reserved 2 rooms here 12 weeks in advance. On arrival, was told the hotel was closed (it smelt like there had been a fire). They made no attempt to contact me beforehand despite having my email address and mobile phone number. The person staffing the front desk very reluctantly phoned an other hotel they said was near the town centre and made a reservation on my behalf only for me, only to find out when I arrived, it was much further away and THREE TIMES the price they told me it would be. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place in town.

First time i have tried this chain, but needed a bed / shower for hte night. As it turned out, the hotel was good, I was sceptical at the price of 39 Euros, but it was clean, comfortable, if a little basic, but for 39 Euros, fine.
Good secure car park under the hotel, limited space, but only 1 other can and a motorbike in there. Worth it for the piece of mind.

Had booked two rooms some three months prior and on the day we were due to stay we arrived to find the hotel closed. They had emailed me earlier that day to say the hotel had closed for "technical reasons", but as we were travelling we had not seen the email. They had made no attempt to contact me prior to the day even though we had a confirmed booking paid in full. Do not trust this chain.

As per previous review: check in was 45mins! Manager sat in his little room at the side and didn't attempt to come out and help until he felt bothered to do so...
The room was ok - but don't expect to swing a cat in the bathroom...
Breakfast is very basic: 2 cereals, some breads and jam, joghurts...and thats about it...
As for the manager himself - our group's in joke was a French Basil Fawlty!
We'd parked our bikes in the underground carpark - the manager immediately jumped on the fact that one of our bikes was in a bay it shouldn't be. 'He'll be down in a minute' we said 'it needs moving now' he said. 'He's on his way down' we said. 'It needs moving now' he said d'oh! why? because someone might want to park he said...right this second? we asked - yes he said! (no-one did park in it...)
Later that night when one of our party hadn't paid for a drink up front - he went off on one - and continued in the morning when our friend returned to pay for it!
As for him finding out whether we were sneaking into breakfast without paying first - I was surprised there wasn't actually an interrogation chair he made everyone sit in first!
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience (that a more customer friendly way of dealing with things would have rectified), but it is right in the centrer of Le Mans...
