Couldn't get better for the price. Free parking, rive gauche, so not perfectly located in terms of things to do in Rouen, but it was wonderful for our needs. We had two clean rooms for 3 people each, with one double bed and one single bed that was lofted above the double. We didn't opt for the breakfast, but it looked good for the price, too.

“Great place”

This little hotel is very good for the money.
Near the heart of town, clean room, free secure parking provided.
The young lady at the reception desk was most helpful and friendly, even with my limited French language skills. Would stay there again!

We stayed here for one night which was one night too many! On entering the reception area we were greeted with an awful smell of men's loos. It didn't get better, our room had the same urine smell, the whole place is grubby and tatty. We didn't bother to complain as the whole hotel was like it and we were tired after our 6 hour drive and just needed to sleep. We set our alarm so that we could leave as soon as possible for the next part of our journey.

We have stayed at lots of Etap/Ibis hotels and have always been very pleased, this one needs to be given a wide berth - or perhaps demolished!

Breakfasts are good value for money with good choice.There is safe parking but those without private transport have to walk ten minutes to a tram stop that will take you to the centre in under ten minutes.
