We wanted an overnight stop within reach of Calais before heading down to Limousin. It was important to us to have secure parking so we did not have to unpack the car which was full of camping equipment.
The hotel is relatively central, and provided parking as promised. Rouen is less attractive than I remembered, but we had a fair meal close by. However, the hotel is effectively on a dual carriageway, and it was too noisy to open the windows - which was uncomfortable on such a warm night.
Breakfast was fine, if run of the mill.
