Room is big and seemed newly decorated. The view over the park and all the way up to the hills was very good. Parking is below ground and spacious and secure. Location is great within walking distance to centre ville.

It was fine, it was clean. It needs a really good face lift as it's very old fashioned. I was here working in Rouen and as a simple base to return to at night it was fine. I wouldn't book a holiday and stay here.

There is free wifi but it's TERRIBLE, most email's bounced and webpages wouldn't load, to get the better wifi you had to pay.

No breakfast was included and it was SO expensive, 16euro! The other food isn't great, you're better going into the town as there's some great restaurants there.

There was no safe in the room and the room was very dark. The bathroom smelt terrible and on a number of occasions the room wasn't properly serviced during the day.

Reception staff were really helpful.

I just found it very annoying that the room rate in expensive yet you don't feel you get anything for this money and if you do it's the very bare minimum.

Rooms are small, look at the busy road, and at no means are 3-star level. Value for money absolutely unacceptable. Do not even think of parking in underground hotel parking if you drive anything bigger than Smart. In general, a total disappointment at the price of 4-star hotel in the rest of Europe.

Room was very nice, large. Gym was bizarre, three bikes and no treadmill! Steam room and sauna, but no pool. I didn't eat breakfast as I didn't want to pay the price, parking was secure and underground, but also chargeable. My colleague booked the room on a pre-pay deal for 95 Euros, so if you add brekkie and parking on it was not terribly budget conscious.

I was actually having a fine night's sleep when I was awoken at about 05:00 but the sound of footsteps above me. It got lounder, and more frequent, and falling back asleep was impossible. Turns out my room (242) was situated immediately under the restaurant. That ruined what could have been an overall enjoyable stay.

I would stay again, but ask for a room in a different part of the hotel!
