The Citea was good for a short stay, close enough to walk to Vieux Lille and convenient to the Citadine bus routes that pass the railway stations. The building reminded me of student apartments, fine for the price. The entrance hallway was a small galley kitchen with sink, refrigerator and a cooktop (no oven). Food is available at a small market on the corner, though the larger Match supermarket several blocks away has more on offer.
Only complaints: (1) The price of breakfast was too high. I did not take the breakfast and do not know whether it was worth the cost. I prefer a very light breakfast so, for me, the cost was too high. (2) The bathroom was very compact; mastering showering (without making a mess) required some thought.

Good accomodation cleaned every day , underground car park, quiet location 10 minute walk from main square.

Only `complaint` My credit card was debited in full on arrival!!!

just off the ferry and needing a good night's stay before the long drive to the south of france we stayed here overnight. Friendly, easy parking, nice neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat, easy to access from the motorway, good price and a good night's sleep. No complaints at all

I was in Lille for 2 nights and wanted to find a place to stay that was cheap and had a kitchen so we could save up money by cooking our own meals and I ahve to say we hit the jackpot with this hotel.

It's nothing fancy but if you're travelling on a budget you won't find a better deal than this! The rooms are basic but very clean and the bed is quite comfortable.
The kitchen has a small fridge, a stove, a microwave, plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc...all you need.
The bathroom is very small and the tiny shower can barely fit a regular size person!! But we had no problems with the water or the heating.
And the free wi-fi is a plus!

The location could be better. It's about a 15 min walk to the centre of Lille which, considering it is a very small town, is quite far! But if the weather is nice you could always enjoy a nice walk.
There is a supermarket just around the corner which is great to buy food and what else you may need.

Overall, if you are backpacking or just travelling on a budget this is a great choice. It's the cheapest stay in Lille but also very clean and comfortable and you can save up a lot of money by using the kitchen!
