This is one of the most repulsive places that I have ever stayed in (short of a youth hostel when I was a kid!). The building itself is pretty filthy (tomato ketchup in the elevator, and stayed there for our entire stay!) but the apartment is a real horror-show! It smells bad (probably as it hasn't been redecorated or properly cleaned for a while, and has smoking clientele before us) and the furniture is worn and old. The carpets are full of cigarette burns and are dirty. Most disgusting was the bathroom/toilet which had walls covered in filth (even some blood stains!) and the floor had dust in the corners. Even the toilet seat was cracked and pinched your derriere whenever you sat down!

Worse of all, we had some even tickets stolen from our room (we were attending talks by the Dalai Lama and these were for those talks) and when I reported this to the reception, they were totally in denial and were disinterested. Luckily we got some replacement tickets but not until we underwent a lot of stress knowing that we had been burgled!

We had the largest and most expensive apartment and paid upfront 275 Euros for 3 nights. But we cleared out after 2 days and went to the Grand Hotel de L'Opera instead as we needed to recover from this nightmare! C'etait un cauchemar!!

To begin, this place is not a hotel as most expect. Instead, it appears to cater to long stay residents who are working, studying or training nearby---It's the sort of place I would have enjoyed residing in while at university, but not on holiday. The check in staff were nice and helpful, but beyond that, its pretty rough going. First, the place needs a thorough clean---everywhere is grubby including the dining room (school cafeteria) and the parking lot. The hostel is located DIRECTLY under the flight path for Toulouse airport, so if you're a light sleeper, forget it. The place is basically a pre-fab structure furnished with very cheap hostel furniture and fittings. Its rough and ready--and thank goodness I got a good rate for my 2 night stay...one euro extra and I would have been very very very disappointed instead of simply very disappointed.

Provided a 'value' stopover for taking in the Airbus Factory Tour the next morning. Not exactly handy to the Airbus facility as I had thought though staff were helpful albeit busy. Apartment was comfortable for our family of four. Free wi-fi is a bonus. But pack your only provisions as there is not much shooping/restaurants at walking distance.

This is probably the worst hotel in the world, the rooms are a disgrace, the carpets throughout the hotel are covered in filthy stains and patches of vomit all over the place, we booked midday on the same day as we arrived, they said they had rooms available and when we arrived they gave us the key to the room, when we got in the room none of the beds were even made and the bathroom was disgusting, we got another room quite quickly without any fuss, this room turned out to be even more dirty than the first but with beds made,
we were tired by this point so took the room, even though the manager looked at the carpets in our room and looked ashamed by the state of the place, in the morning we woke, and as we looked around the room, we discovered there was sick and got knows what, stuck to the carpet, we just wanted to get out of there ASAP, when we got down to the restaurant for 9 euros per head to find no milk no breads apart from two stale croissants and some fruit cocktail from a tin. expensive and nasty, is a compliment for this place, many better budget places to stay in france, this place is disgusting, we ended demanding a refund for the dump of a room, which we got, but they charged us for a breakfast that we did not receive, all in all the manager that day thought she was doing us a favour, dump of a room and service not to be proud of.
