1. Room was clean - kitchen, carpet, walls, bathroom, linen were all clean.
2. Pretty quiet, maybe because its at a traffic junction, cars and bikes can't speed. And nil night life under the hotel, so, can get a good nights rest.
3. Good room layout - room and bathroom away from the living hall - practical when there are colleagues/clients around for discussion or meets. Bedroom is isolated, so, no noise, intrusion or disturbance from living hall. 2 flatscreen TVs, 1 in bedroom and 1 in living hall. Like that.
4. bedroom and bathroom side-by-side (and away from the living hall), practically where a non-attached bathroom should be. easy access from bedroom to bathroom without walking around the whole apartment.
5. kitchenette is small, kept simple, functional. Not gonna try making a five course meal during work, so, dont mind that. Fridge/microwave/cooker/utensils avail. Dishwasher not avail.
6. Location not much to say. Plenty other hotels/aparts in the same area locale. has a grocery shop less than a minute walk away. (practical if you're to grab some stuff and run back into the room)

I have stayed at the Parthenon twice before and found the location very convenient, the rooms very clean and the staff extremely helpful. I am impressed with the upgrades made to the rooms. Since this hotel is an extended stay residence it would be helpful to notify patrons at the time of booking that there is a coffee maker in the kitchenette and to bring coffee and filters with them should they wish to make coffee.

Excellent value for money and only a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Toulouse. Useful kitchenette added to the value and ample room for 3 adults. Would stay again. Handy for the central market and despite being on a mejor road was a quiet location for our weekend stay.

All in , a very good aprt'hotel - located near the TGV station and the old town. Staff are friendly and competent, and helpful. The room I stayed in was amazingly CLEAN! There was not a bit of dust anywhere, not even on the walls of the balcony - which made it very pleasant to sit out for dinner and enjoy the sunset. The room was very well laid out, and the bathroom bright and clean. I would stay there again! Just one observation regarding the kitchen lighting, and that is I think it could have been brighter - but it's not a major complaint.
