Very friendly staff. Room adequate in size with a good bathroom. Excellent restaurant popular with local business people. Great location. We were very happy.

The hotel is feel very old and outdated. The presentation could be improved a lot.
The room are almost standard but furniture are very worn out and not well maintained.
The bed itself is good but the quilt looks dirty, I noticed a lot of stains (I was surprised not the find a duvet for the price I paid).
The bathroom is small and old. I've noticed 3 broken tiles so far.
There is no wired internet connection anywhere in the hotel.
Only Wifi available and it didn't work or was very patchy.
Breakfast is expensive and is only standard.
The only good point is the location (in the center of Toulouse) but then again for half the price you can get way better
value with the same location.
This is really a 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star hotel

The rooms in this hotel are quite ok, even though the arrangement with the bathroom with windows towards the room are a bit weird..

The meeting rooms were ok, but as we were about 15 people, they were a bit small..

The restaurant was very good!

I wouldn't mind staying there next time I'm in toulouse..

I returned to the Holiday Inn City Centre after 6 months. Not a lot of change. But I noted with pleasure that the broken tiles at the entrance (which I mentioned in my previous review), had been fixed (well, sort of - covered with a carpet).

If this hotel could talk it would scream: “Redecorate me in a contemporary style!”. It seems that the décor idea is stack somewhere in the mid-70s and the hotel management is determined to continue with the idea. Even the newest carpets have some strange pattern that made me dizzy. The furniture in my room appeared to be fairly new but not exactly functional. The most annoying was a chair which has the back support so low that it can be used instead of a Swiss ball for lower back exercises. There was only one electrical outlet in the room, next to the bed, which made plugging my laptop rather tricky.

The free WiFi connection is fast but drops out every 10 to 15 mins. What a pain.

Breakfast is adequate but there is only one coffee machine, which is slooooow, so if you arrive together with some other guests be prepared to wait in queue for you coffee.

The location (right on Pl. Wilson) and Priority Club points remain the only advantages of this hotel.
