We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to a country cottage holiday and found it to be just right. The airport bus which was only a few euros each stopped just round the corner and there were a few bars and shops within walking distance. Our room was about average and there was a tea tray (only 2 tea bags - good job I took some). Not a particularly good view but as only there one night can't complain. Breakfast at 9.50 euros was a bit expensive we thought. Plenty of cereal, breads and cheeses but totally self service so up and down quite a bit to the different tables. The rail station was just up the road and the receptionist went into great detail giving us directions. If I return to Toulouse I would probably stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the train station, 15 minutes away from the airport and walking distance to all city attractions. Staff is very polite and accommodating; everyone spoke English and went out of their way to help make my stay pleasant. Breakfast is offered at 9 Euro, I have not tried it though. They have a variety of rooms, my room had 2 beds, refrigerator, TV, huge bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub/shower. The room was very big, especially for France, it was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, although may be a little bit outdated. I would recommend this hotel and would stay their again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always courteous and had no problem pouring over maps to show us where we needed to go. Rooms were very cramped, musty smelling and the whole place had a feelin of a hostel. For what they were charging I expected a hell of a lot more. Must say that even though the staff were lovely I would not stay here again.

This "Hotel" should not be rated 3 stars...maybe one!!! Everything was wrong. From the hair in the sheets, to the dirty towels, to very noisy and squeaky doors and floors and beds, to the cleaning lady cleaning up at 7am, and everything stinks as if the place hasn't been aired out in ages. They don't have actual pillows or pillow-cases, just the bottom sheet rolled around some kind of round "pillow"... They advertise having Internet access, but it didn't work for any of the 5 days I was there... The room was not heated either, so it was freezing cold for a few nights. On my last day, i came back to the room to find the windows open wide, and quite a few bugs had entered. It was so bad, that I had to change hotels in the middle of my trip.

Also, they make their breakfast croissants or bread or something at 3am, and the smell spreads all the way to the top floors and into the rooms, since there is a huge gap under the door. I love the smell of fresh croissants, but this was horrible... this intense baking, sourdough smell... waking you up at 3am...

The lobby is indeed nice and well decorated, but other than that, the hotel has nothing good about it...
