As a frequent visitor to Lourdes, annually since 1996 I can strongly reccomend this Superb Hotel. The bedrooms are both extremely spacious and well fitted, but allowing ample space to move around comfortably. All the doorways are suitable for wheelchairs and in all the bedrooms as well. There are spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (wet rooms) specifically for the disabled, as well as family rooms and inter-connecting rooms. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed with baths with shower attachments, bidet (and sep., Wc.,) in some rooms. However, other rooms do have walk in shower cubicles. Most rooms have juliet balconies and the best views of the Sanctuaries I have seen. The Hotel is kept extremely clean and the furnishings are to a very high standard. All the staff were helpful and go out of their way to help and assist you. Food is served in very elegant dining room and is of a high standard and plenty of choice. No problem with noise as bedrooms are all soundproofed.
Overall I would recommend this Hotel to anybody. The location is also only 50 meters from the Sanctuaries. Open your balcony doors and enjoy the beautiful rendition of the Rosary procession from your armchair.

Lourdes is amazing , this hotel is 200 m from the main entrance to the grotto and the church . Breakfast was done by 9 am so we missed it , my fault I should have checked ! The hotel is definitely the smartest in Lourdes. I would stay there again for sure !!

Have stayed at various hotels in Lourdes (13 visits to Lourdes since 1995), and found the rooms at this hotel to be by far the most comfortable and spacious. The room descriptions on their website are accurate. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming.
Would stay here again.

Hotels in Lourdes are generally not to US standards for much beyond basic service that would be equivalent at best to a Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is the exception. It is classic French style both in the interior and exterior decor. The rooms are traditional with furniture that is nice, but somewhat dated, but marble baths. No showers! You're in France! If you're looking for duvets with multiple pillows and a special mattress, you won't find it in Lourdes.However, the staff, particularly the front desk led by Joseph, is outstanding, and will bend over backwards to assist with every request including my need to check out a day earlier than booked. As others have said, location, location, location is everything in this hilly town. If you have any disabled persons in your party look no further. Free wheelchairs are available for use from the hospital behind the hotel. This is my second time to the hotel, and would not stay anywhere else, and I have stayed up the hill. You will hate the walk regardless of your age!
