Excellent hotel, close to Sanctuary... if on pilgrimage
room was comfortable, and spacious. had balcony.
food was good, service excellent

Stayed here for 2 nights on a tour the pyrenees. The reception from the staff at the hotel was very warm and welcoming, and they helped us sort out a tricky parking situation very quickly. Parking was avaialbe at the hotel but was a little bit pricey and very tight parking spaces.
The room was comfortable, smaller than others we stayed at on the tour, but for Lourdes - quite a spacious room.
Bathroom and shower was great.
We did not eat at the hotel only because we had made arrangements to meet friends.
We will return to Lourdes and will stay here again

PROS: 1.)Hotel is very close to the sanctuary. 2.) Buffet breakfast was good.

CONS: 1.) Rooms are small and looked tired. 2.)The bathroom smelled of dried urine. I had to go to the store to buy a disinfectant before I used it.

Broke my leg on holiday, so was in wheelchair for this trip. We had asked fro a wheelchair accessible room. Room we were given was at the end of the corridor. My husband had to reverse me down the corridor to get to the room. Door was very heavy and room was very small and hard to get around in a chair. Food in restaurant was just ok for dinner, but very poor for breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this hotel for anyone in a wheelchair!
