Stayed here on a recent coach tour of Europe. We had a triple room which was very small with 3 beds (one double and 2 single). Hotel generally outdated and old fashioned. Door handle to bathroom would come off every time you turned it. We had an included meal here with our tour, as well as breakfast. The breakfast one of the worst we had in Europe. A bread roll and a croisant on a plate and warm juice or coffee to drink. Some cereal, but no milk, had to ask for more. Our meal was alright, if you like your meat to be mainly fat and no actual meat! Waiters were also grumpy and seemed put out by the fact we all came in to eat!

Took the double room.
Expected a bit more for a three star standard and the price.

Nice view. (Front facing)
Friendly and helpful people at the recept.
(Note the Night manager is helpful but he speaks very little English)

Cons :
No kettle
No fridge
Heater only turn on between 8.30 to 11.30pm and 5am to 7am.
But you can request for a portable heater.
Its the furtherest away from the Sanctuary among the row of hotels.
Gym entry charges - 10 euros

We have stayed at this hotel every year since 2005. My husband is semi-invalid and we walked everywhere from this hotel located in the midst of every point of interest in Lourdes. The staff couldn't be nicer, the breakfast buffet excellent, the rooms spacious and very clean with a breathtaking view.

went with my diocese in 2008. Maids stole money from person in my room - it couldn't have been anyone else as we were all in the middle of the pyrenees that day. When we complained to reception they were very rude and started shouting at us. Photos of maids were also taken on one person's camera. 3 beds were squashed into a room for 2. bathrooms were tiny and showers were very small so if anyone went in a shower the whole floor would be flooded. Not recommended for vegetarians either. Food was disgusting and we had to repeatedly ask if meat was in the food as the staff kept giving us chicken etc. Maids weren't considerate to people and were shouting and trying to go into your room from 8.30 which was unsuitable for a lot of us as we were off duty so were sleeping in.
