Staff are average when we booked said included car park. When we arrived we were told to park on the street. The room is average air condition was broken it was extremely noisy outside we couldnt sleep and to top of our stay my sons bed had flees.
We have stayed at10 different hotels this by far was the worst.

with a visit to Lourdes always on the cards with our European vacation, we wanted to find a well priced and centrally located hotel. Also we had a 2.5 yr old who needed a bed. Well the hotel delivered it all. Staff were great and friendly, it wad close to everything and the in house restaurant and shop were excellent.

access is not easy especially to car park and its expensive 15E for a night. The room smelt stale when we first got in, room closed off for a while? Furniture showing its age. Location adjacent to river fine but noisy in evening and bin lorry arrived at 530am. Food expensive, we ate dinner, paid 20E for what was effectively a burger pattie between 2 slices of toast. Breakfast had run out of cutlery crockery and milk, one over worked waiter.
