Being a tourist destination one would expect the menu to be in english and french.I was forced to have both my meals at a different restaurant, cause i had no clue what Ibis had on offer on their menu, because everything was listed in French.

Delicouse breakfast,short walking distance to the souvenir stores and the virgen of Lourdes spectacular church and grout,.The staff was very friendly too!Situated in the center of town,this place is perfect to visit Lourdes.

This must be the 4th or 5th time we have visited. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, helpful and multilingual. From what I can remember, they have increased the car parking space, which is good. Food was good.
WIFI reception good and all day.

Surprisingly had a pleasant 3 nights stay at Ibis Lourdes. Was not expecting much as reviews provided were not very encouraging. Chose this hotel as it was close to the train station and the sanctuary, and more notably, Ibis is known for its cleanliness. Overall it was good albeit the small sized rooms. Cleanliness was fine. No complains on the breakfast spread, considering the charges - in comparison to other hotels in other cities. Appreciated very much the free wi fi in the rooms. Liked the lesser number of tourists/visitors at the hotel in comparison to other hotels closer to the sanctuary. Would I recommend this hotel? Certainly!
