I studied abroad in Europe last semester, and visited seven different countries during my stay. My friends and I stayed at this hotel during spring break, and we all agreed in retrospect that this was our favorite hotel of the whole trip. The couple who runs it were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and it's a 10 minute walk from both the train station and the sanctuaries. They also have a 5 person room, which we got for 55 euro. Divided by five, that's 11 euro a night per person for the best hotel we stayed in. We paid 30 euro a night for a hotel in Paris that didn't have a toilet in the room, and 20 euro a night for a hostel in Dublin which had hair all over the sheets. The quality and price just can't be beat.

A really lovely hotel, with basic but spotlessly clean facilities. The breakfast and packed lunch were excellent value and very good qulaity. The Co-owners are very helpful and helped us to plan our next stage of the holiday. They have a good arrangemnt with a brasserie around the corner for an evening set menu which was also excellent.

My wife and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Hotel du Dauphine. We were there to serve at the Shrine at Lourdes and all we needed were clean, comfortable, basic accomodations and that is exactly what we found at the Hotel du Dauphine. The shower appeared brand-new. The room was spacious by European standards. Matilida speaks excellent English. She and her husband were very helpful. It is conveniently located, clean, and well-managed. If you are looking for up-scale accomodations, this is not your place. But if you are looking for a place to rest at night that is quiet, clean, and well-managed, we recommend this hotel.

it was great, the people at the hotel where very nice and helpful, room was cleaned every day and its so closed to everything, i just walked. i had an amazing time, they even helped me reserved my cab back to the airport. Thank you!!!
