Have been living there for 3 months in a single room for 550 EUR/month. It included just Wi-Fi (no cleaning).
location. Situated in the district called "Les 2 rives", one of the most pleasant in Nancy. 10-15 minutes of walk to Place Stanislas.
staff. Almost all of them have pretty nice English. Sometimes they are impolite and even rude.
room. Totally awful. Very uncomfortable furniture, small and non-functional kitchen. But the worst thing in this room is the floor: very cheap carpet with spots and stains all over it. Looks really terrible, you don't wanna step on it without shoes.
bathroom. Looks cheap, but pretty convenient, except for the bathtub. You never have enough water to take a bath, only a shower. And also you can get a room with an unsufficient water flow, so it can be rather difficult even to take a shower.
Bonuses: during these 3 months Wi-Fi broke down 2 times for several days, also it was terribly slow, like I was using a dial-up. There is a good Miele washing machine (4 EUR per one use) and also a dryer (2,5 EUR), which also broke down for 2 times, but for 2-3 weeks. As a final bonus, during my check-out I received a bill for 200 EUR for electricity (though it was included in the rate). That's how I realised, that if you want to have some extra hot water and live in a warm room (the heating is electrical), you have to pay for it.

Good hotel, located on the outskirt of the city, thus it's quite. There are a beautiful park and a big shop nearby. If on foot, it takes 5 minutes to get to the tram staion and 20 minutes to get to the place Stanislas. The staff is very hospitable, willing to help and speak English. The room I occupied was not incredibly large, but I didn't feel the lack of space. Of course there was some minuses, namely slow internet connection (60 Kbps) and limit on usage of hot water ( though I never had problems with it).

I was deeply disappointed with my staying at this "hotel' , which looks more like a bad student residence: rooms are tiny, carpets are all full of spots and dust, ventilation does not work properly (and as it was allowed to smoke in the rooms, my room smelled horrible from the smog coming from other rooms. The stuff spoke very little English and did not really try to help with the issues occurred, like a broken washing machine, constant noise from other rooms etc..
It was a horrible experience and would never go back to that place.
