Terrible! The only reason I gave it one "point" was because you have to. Really awful place. Totally overpriced, you get an average room with a tiny TV that's very old and hence makes that lovely high pitched noise whenever it's on... And even though you pay a good amount of money, nothing is included. Not breakfast, not even WIFI. You have to pay an extra 5 euro to receive WIFI for 24 hours. On top of that it doesn't even work on the top floors where my room is, meaning that you have to skype and go about your business in the lobby downstairs where the door is open to the public and you have zero privacy or comfort. The staff may be nice, but they're also pretty incompetent. When I told them about the internet they did nothing. I had to ask them to relocate me (which they couldn't do until the next day since they had a full house) and I didn't get a refund for the WIFI or any compensation of any sort. Not even an apology.
The only reason why I'd recommend anyone to come here is the great location. Smack-bang in the middle of town, everything's nearby and you can admire the architecture as soon as you leave this awful place.

This hotel is to be avoided at all costs. On arrival we double checked the price per night for the room, to discover it was significantly more expensive than the rate we had been quoted over the phone. When my husband questioned this, he was aggressed by the owner, who insisted that the hotel was a bed and breakfast and that we must pay for the breakfast , whether we wanted it or not. This was dispite being told otherwise on booking. The price with breakfast took the room to 100 euros per night - for a two star hotel. Perhaps fortunately, the owner was so nasty and angry (not to mention scary) that he ordered us to leave. We went directly to another hotel, and had a lovely time. This was not our first time in Nancy, in fact we have stayed in the town several times, and can reccommend pretty much any other hotel in town apart from this disaster.

We spent 3 nights here-great budget hotel. Very clean, friendly hosts, nice breakfast, wonderful location. Not luxurious, but fine for the money.

This small hotel is fabulously located - only metres from Place Stanislas. We paid E71.60 for our room and breakfast. Our room was recently refurbished, very clean and faced onto Rue Stanislas. As the french doors were double glazed, it was also very quiet. The owner/manager was very helpful regarding parking suggestions (Don Calmet E16 for 2 days) and from our brief stay (2 days) appeared to be fluent in English, German and Italian. Breakfast was juice, baguettes, croissants and coffee.
